About us
About Craft Solutions Essex Ltd
A glazing, window and door repair and locksmith company covering Southend-on-Sea and the whole of Essex.
We look after homeowners, landlords, letting agents, shops, offices and property managers — from a single misted double glazed unit to a smashed shop front that needs boarding at three in the morning.
The reason we cover three trades rather than one is simple. Damage rarely respects trade boundaries. Force a UPVC door and you have a glass problem, a frame problem and a lock problem at once. Most firms handle one of those and leave you to find someone for the rest. We do all three, which means one visit, one bill and one firm answerable for the result.
How we work
- We quote before we travel, so you know the cost before anyone gets in a van
- We secure the property first and complete the permanent repair at a time that suits you
- We tell you when a repair will do instead of selling you a replacement
- We provide documentation for insurance claims
- We will tell you if another firm is better placed to help
Who you will deal with
Craft Solutions Essex Ltd is run by Stuart Pearson and Anika Taher. When you ring 01702 599378 you are speaking to the business, not a national call centre booking a subcontractor.
